The coverage that has to hold when the storm comes.
Property and general liability are the floor every business stands on. In South Florida that floor takes the most weather. We build it for the exposure you actually carry, then we go to the market and place it.
Most property programs are written as if wind and water are someone else's problem. Here they are the problem. We pay attention to the details that decide a hurricane claim — wind and named-storm deductibles, the difference between flood and water backup, ordinance-or-law coverage when code forces you to rebuild to a higher standard, and business interruption sized for the weeks a coastal property can sit closed.
The goal is simple. When you file, the policy pays what you expected it to pay, and you are not learning the fine print in the middle of a loss.
What we cover
Commercial property and business personal property
Your building, your contents, your equipment, and the income they produce. We value what you own correctly so you are not under-insured the day you file, and not paying for limits you will never use.
General liability
The third-party claims that come with being open for business — a customer hurt on your floor, damage you cause on someone else's site. We size the limits to your real risk and read the exclusions before they surprise you.
Business Owner's Policy (BOP)
For smaller operations, property and liability packaged sensibly. A clean way to cover the basics without a stack of separate policies — when it fits. When it doesn't, we tell you.
Builder's risk
Coverage for a project while it is under construction — materials, labor, and the structure as it rises. We place it for the build you are running, including the soft costs an owner forgets until a delay starts charging interest.
Umbrella and excess
One bad claim can outrun a primary policy's limit — and then it comes for the business itself. We build umbrella and excess layers that sit correctly over your general liability, auto, and employers' liability, with attachment points that actually meet the underlying limits, and we size the tower to what the operation could lose rather than to a round number.
